Of course it is possible for items to temporarily sell out, which causes unwanted delays. We ensure that our most popular items, as well as our novelties, will reliably be in stock. That way we can deliver when we say we deliver; on the first confirmed delivery date. You can count on us.



The quality of the products and the print is important to our customers, that is why it is so important to us. We are responsible for delivering personalised products that enable advertisers to make the best possible impression on their prospects, clients and business relations. We take this responsibility seriously. We have therefore raised our standards higher and we invest even more time and effort in quality control.

Our partners deserve the best and we will work even harder to provide the best service. Our service in 2019 includes faster lead times for print proofs and printed orders. In case of a complaint, the appropriate specialist will respond within a day for a quick resolution of the issue.


Customer satisfaction

Thanks to the renewed focus on quality control, the customer satisfaction has greatly improved in the final quarter of 2018. We will continue this upward trend in 2019 and are confident to meet a projected target of fewer than 1% complaints on orders.
